Requirements
We're looking for a confident and motivated IT Support Analyst to join our team. This role is ideal for someone early in their IT career who wants to build hands-on experience in Microsoft 365 and develop their technical skills in a supportive environment.
You'll be supporting users across the business, so strong communication skills and a willingness to engage with people are essential.
This is a full time office based position., Around 1 year's experience in an IT support role (or strong internship/placement) A-levels (or equivalent) as a minimum (IT-related subjects desirable) Confident communicator - not afraid to speak to users and build relationships Friendly, approachable and customer-focused Keen to learn and develop in a fast-paced environment Basic understanding of Microsoft 365 and IT support fundamentals
