Job description
Our service offerings are equipped with new-generation solutions, frameworks and methodologies, powered by industry best-practices & extensive knowledge repositories, all of which help Cognizant deliver unique value to our clients Through the acquisition of new logos and expansion within existing accounts we are looking to onboard an experienced Pega Scrum Master., Facilitate the Scrum process and ensure that the Scrum process is rigorously followed by the team. This includes conducting Scrum ceremonies such as Sprint Planning, Daily Standup, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective
Identifying and removing any impediments that may be preventing the team from delivering value. This could include anything from technical issues to team dynamics.
Ensure transparency on the team's progress to all stakeholders. This includes maintaining a visible product backlog and burn-down chart
Ensuring clear communication between the team, the Product Owner, and any other stakeholders.
Overall management and oversight to the project to ensure overall health of the project
Manage project execution, including resources, communications, meetings, project plans, project metrics scope management.
Drive overall program plan and establish communication plan with key stakeholders.
Managing SoW's, delivery contracts, budgets, risks, and issues
Identify continuous improvement levers.
Change-Management/Programme-Management expertise
Track and monitor project level risks.
Co-ordinate with all stakeholders on a regular basis on delivery schedule and risks, technical challenges
Manage Status reporting to customer stakeholders.
Manage Inter-work stream dependencies.
Offer key insight into risk, level of difficulty, design approaches and provide direct input into final deliverables.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Scrum?, Experience with Business Requirements gathering and analysis.
Experience with Business Process Modeling.
Experience with Change Management
Strong analytical skills and pro-active problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to interact with individuals at all levels within the organization.
Must have worked in an Agile/Scrum methodology - experience with Pega Express Methodology a plus.
