As part of Warner Music Group, ADA gives independent labels and artists access to a global distribution system and a dedicated team that provides all aspects of marketing and promotion services. ADA enjoys the benefit of inclusion in all of WMG's revenue assurance services as well as its company-wide deals.

Your role:

You will report to the Director of Streaming & Commercial Strategy, supporting the delivery of streaming, audience and commercial insights across a diverse roster of artists and genres. This is a fast-paced, highly collaborative role suited to someone who is both analytical and commercially curious, with a passion for music, data and digital culture.

You will play a key role in helping the business understand artist performance, audience behaviour and market trends, translating large datasets into clear, actionable insights that support campaign strategy and business growth. The role will also contribute to the development of AI-driven tools, reporting efficiencies and internal data processes.

Here you'll get to:

  • Deliver bespoke reporting, analysis and insights across artist campaigns, streaming platforms and market trends.
  • Support strategic discussions by communicating key artist, audience and commercial insights to the teams.
  • Work with large datasets using SQL/Snowflake and Tableau (or similar BI tools) to produce and analyse daily, weekly and campaign-level performance reporting.
  • Monitor UK market trends, streaming consumption and DSP partner performance.
  • Partner with A&R teams to provide data-led insight on potential signings and emerging talent opportunities.
  • Assist in the development of internal tools, automations and reporting processes to improve team efficiency and scalability.
  • Build audience and consumption models to help inform audience growth and acquisition strategies.
  • Identify patterns, trends and opportunities across campaigns, genres and the wider streaming landscape.
  • Explore and support the implementation of AI and LLM-based solutions to enhance reporting, insight generation and operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • Highly analytical with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Able to work independently and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable interpreting large datasets and translating complex findings into clear, actionable insights.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to tailor insights for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience writing SQL queries and working with large datasets.
  • Experience building dashboards and visualisations in Tableau or a similar BI platform.
  • Strong understanding of how statistical and analytical techniques can be applied to business and audience data.
  • Familiarity with AI tools, LLMs and workflow automation concepts.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Collaborative approach with the ability to work effectively across teams in a matrix-style organisation.
  • Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills and confidence working with complex formulas and datasets.

We'd love it if you also had:

  • Previous experience in an analyst, data or insights role within music, media or entertainment.
  • Familiarity with Python or other programming languages used for analytics and automation.
  • Knowledge of music industry analytics platforms such as Chartmetric, Luminate, Soundcharts or similar tools.
  • Understanding of streaming ecosystem dynamics, audience development and DSP best practices.
  • Experience using Airtable, Google Workspace and Microsoft Office tools.
  • Passion for music, digital culture and emerging technology.
