Job description
We are now looking for an organised and proactive Personal Assistant to join our Risk & Compliance team on a 12 month fixed term contract at our Chelmsford office.
The Opportunity
This is a varied and highly visible role supporting the smooth running of the Risk & Compliance function across the firm. You will work closely with senior stakeholders, helping to coordinate projects, manage documentation and support key regulatory and compliance processes. Alongside day to day PA and administrative responsibilities, the role will also support several key projects across the team, including preparation and coordination activity linked to ongoing regulatory and compliance initiatives across the firm., Risk & Compliance Support
- Provide PA and administrative support to the Risk & Compliance team
- Coordinate meetings, diaries, agendas, minutes and follow up actions
- Support firm wide compliance and regulatory projects
- Assist with training coordination and annual compliance processes
- Support documentation management and regulatory administration
- Provide general administrative support across the function
Technical & Documentation Support
- Assist with maintaining templates, manuals and technical documents
- Update compliance information across internal systems
- Coordinate file review processes and related administration
- Support supplier checklist and audit register reviews
General Responsibilities
- Build strong relationships across the firm
- Handle confidential information professionally and discreetly
- Ensure work is completed accurately and to agreed deadlines
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and wider team projects
- Provide additional ad hoc administrative support as required
Requirements
The role would suit someone who enjoys organisation, variety, attention to detail and working collaboratively within a professional services environment., * Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Confident managing multiple priorities and deadlines
- Professional, approachable and collaborative
- Comfortable working with senior stakeholders
- Proactive with a willingness to learn
- Experienced in administration, PA or coordination roles, ideally within professional services
- Strong in Microsoft Office and document management systems
Experience within compliance, risk, legal or accountancy environments would be advantageous, but is not essential.
