salary: $27.94 - $30 per hour shift: First work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM education: Bachelors

Responsibilities

  • Fulfill critical hardware requests for facilities and big box stores nationwide, ensuring essential equipment is replaced with precision and speed.
  • Execute end-to-end logistics for technology assets, including stocking, picking, tracking, and shipping hardware across multiple platforms such as Point of Sale, mobility, and security cameras.
  • Manage detailed inventory tracking and reconciliation to maintain absolute data integrity within complex enterprise systems.
  • Configure hardware by applying specific firmware and applications, ensuring technology is ready for immediate deployment.
  • Orchestrate warranty processing for various technology platforms to optimize asset lifecycles and manufacturer support.
  • Communicate directly with site contacts and business partners to resolve issues and provide high-level support to end-users.
  • Leverage systematic reporting tools to provide leadership with clear insights into inventory status and fulfillment trends.
  • Solve complex problems independently in a fast-paced environment that often presents ambiguous challenges.
