Job description
We are seeking a Senior Systems/Server Administrator for a hybrid position in the Austin area, who will need to be in the office for team meetings, with 10 Years of experience supporting Microsoft operating systems environments., The Senior Systems/Server Administrator will support the current environment and technology upgrades, complete the planning and implementation of the Legacy Modernization project. Completed an assessment of its current systems, structures, processes, network, functions, and capabilities, and is in the process of upgrading and improving those environments and systems. Must have a strong background in providing technical support to Microsoft Windows Enterprise Systems Environments, including supporting the following, Minimum of 10 Years of experience supporting Microsoft Operating Systems environments as an IT Systems / Server Administrator.
Requirements
Experience in the implementation and support of Active Directory Domains, Dell Storage Solutions, VMware environments, Exchange, M365 environments, backup solutions.

Experience communicating and providing direct technical support to agency Business units and Stakeholders.

Extensive experience providing all aspects of configuration and end-user support for Microsoft Office 365 applications.

Experience in managing user accounts and network configurations as required to provide services to meet the business and technical requirements.
