Job description

As the VP, Global Technology for a dynamic, private equity-owned manufacturing enterprise, you will be the architect of digital transformation - championing a culture of innovation, entrepreneurship, and continuous improvement. You will lead the evolution of business information systems, leveraging emerging technologies and agile methodologies to drive competitive advantage and operational excellence.   • Develop high-impact proposals with clear value analysis
  • Align closely with Lean teams to ensure measurable outcome
  • Reliability & Resilience:
  • Ensure integrity, performance, and security of all business systems
  • Manage upgrades, disaster recovery, and cybersecurity proactively
  • Establish robust policies for data security and user training
  • Strategic Technology Investment:
  • Drive investments that balance current needs with future scalability
  • Evaluate sourcing options and negotiate favorable contracts
  • Optimize total cost of ownership and minimize risk
  • Talent Development & Culture:
  • Build and lead a high-performing IT organization

Requirements

Do you have experience in Technology management?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * Bachelor's degree in a related field required; MBA preferred

  • 10+ years of progressive leadership in information systems, with a track record of driving innovation and managing complex projects
  • Proven success managing diverse teams - managers, analysts, programmers and support staff
  • Exceptional business acumen and communication skills - effective written and verbal communication skills; able to express oneself clearly and in technical and non-technical terms
  • Deep understanding of manufacturing technologies and deployment methodologies
  • Collaborative and effective team player and able to work with teams who are globally dispersed
  • Core competencies: Continuous learning, flexibility, customer focus, quality commitment, and relationship-building
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data management software SAP (preferred)
  • Available for domestic and international travel (up to 20%)

Final offers are based on various factors such as experience, skills, qualifications and internal equity.
