• B.S. in Computer Science with 2+ years of industry experience, or M.S. in Computer Science with relevant internship experience.
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills - you can diagnose complex issues, trace root causes, and automate away recurring pain points.
• Clear, confident communicator who can translate technical tradeoffs into plain language for engineers, PMs, and leadership alike.
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and adapting quickly in a fast-moving environment.
• Proficient in Python, with a track record of writing high-quality, production-ready code; additional language experience is a bonus.
• Experience in the Generative AI space is a strong plus.
