SIS Maintenance Domain Standards and Training Lea

The SIS Maintenance Domain Standards & Training Lead is responsible for driving standardization, governance, and continuous improvement of maintenance processes across North America manufacturing operations. The role ensures alignment with Stellantis Industrial System (SIS), enhances CMMS performance, and builds organizational capability to support business objectives. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related experience Minimum 8 years of experience in maintenance or manufacturing operations Strong knowledge of CMMS systems, maintenance planning, and reliability principles Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, including intermediate to advanced Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams Demonstrated ability to drive results across multiple sites Ability to travel and work weekends/holidays as needed Preferred Qualifications: Advanced degree (Master's or MBA) 10 years of relevant professional experience Previous experience working in the automotive industry Experience in a multi-plant or regional role Strong background in change management Experience with data driven systems (CMMS / Power BI / analytics) Experience implementing Lean Manufacturing or SIS methodologies The SIS Maintenance Domain Standards & Training Lead is responsible for driving standardization, governance, and continuous improvement of maintenance processes across North America manufacturing operations.
