Job description

We are seeking a highly motivated and innovative Agentic AI Developer to design, develop, and deploy autonomous AI systems capable of reasoning, planning, and executing complex tasks with minimal human intervention. This role focuses on building intelligent AI agents and multi-agent systems that integrate with enterprise tools, APIs, and data sources to solve real-world operational challenges. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience developing AI-powered applications using modern LLM frameworks, containerized environments, and cloud-native development practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop autonomous AI agents capable of reasoning, planning, and executing tasks independently.

  • Build and orchestrate multi-agent workflows using modern AI frameworks and tooling.

  • Develop AI-enabled applications using large language models and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) architectures.

  • Integrate AI agents with APIs, databases, enterprise systems, and external services.

  • Build conversational and human-in-the-loop interfaces for AI systems.

  • Develop observability, tracing, and evaluation pipelines for AI workflows and agent performance.

  • Containerize and deploy AI applications using Docker-based infrastructure.

  • Collaborate with software engineers, cybersecurity teams, researchers, and stakeholders to deliver scalable AI capabilities.

  • Maintain CI/CD pipelines and source control workflows using GitLab.

  • Optimize prompts, memory systems, context handling, and agent decision-making.

  • Research and prototype emerging agentic AI techniques and frameworks.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).

  • 3+ years of software development experience.

  • Strong Python development experience.

  • Experience developing applications with large language models (LLMs).

  • Experience building AI applications using LangChain.

  • Experience with AI observability and tracing tools such as Langfuse.

  • Experience developing conversational AI interfaces using Chainlit.

  • Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker.

  • Experience managing repositories and CI/CD workflows using GitLab.

  • Familiarity with REST APIs, vector databases, and modern backend architectures.

  • Strong understanding of prompt engineering, RAG pipelines, and agent orchestration concepts.

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills, * Experience designing multi-agent systems and autonomous workflows.

  • Familiarity with vector databases and embedding technologies.

  • Experience deploying AI services in cloud or hybrid environments.

  • Knowledge of AI safety, governance, and observability best practices.

  • Experience working in cybersecurity, defense, research, or mission-focused environments.

  • Active security clearance or eligibility to obtain one (if applicable)

Technical Stack:

  • Python
  • LangChain
  • Langfuse
  • Chainlit
  • Docker
  • GitLab
  • LLM APIs and AI model providers
  • REST APIs and microservices
  • Vector databases and RAG architectures

Desired Traits:

  • Passion for emerging AI technologies and autonomous systems.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, highly technical environments.
  • Strong ownership mentality and willingness to prototype rapidly.
  • Collaborative mindset with strong communication skills.
  • Curious, adaptable, and mission-oriented
