IT Project Manager

We're seeking a skilled IT Project Manager to oversee technology onboarding and integration for newly acquired offices and corporate expansion efforts. • Develop and manage project plans by tracking timelines, milestones, budgets, risks, and deliverables to keep initiatives on schedule
• Partner with internal technical teams and business stakeholders to maintain clear communication and alignment throughout each project
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers to support networking, telecommunications, and hardware implementation
• Lead cross-functional collaboration to ensure seamless integration of office technology and a smooth transition for new locations

• 5+ years of experience leading projects involving IT infrastructure, enterprise integrations, or office technology implementations.
• Solid knowledge of networking, telecommunications, end-user computing, and overall infrastructure environments.
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects using tools such as Jira, Smartsheet, MS Project, or comparable platforms.
