Sr. SAP FICO Analyst (S/4HANA)

Seeking a Senior SAP FICO Analyst (10-14 years) with strong S/4HANA Finance experience to support global finance operations. This role will act as an SME across SAP FICO modules, driving financial process improvements, compliance, and end-to-end solution delivery.

• SAP FICO (Finance & Controlling)
• S/4HANA Finance (Universal Journal, Fiori)
• Taxation & Intercompany processes
• Cost Center Accounting (CCA) & Internal Orders
• Product Costing
• P2P (Procure-to-Pay) & O2C (Order-to-Cash)
• Strong finance/accounting domain knowledge

Nice-to-Have

• S/4HANA Migration experience
• Interfaces & 3rd party integrations
• Parallel ledger / multi-GAAP
• RICEFW exposure, * Act as SAP FICO SME across Finance, Controlling & Product Costing
• Configure and support S/4HANA Finance solutions
• Lead tax, intercompany, and compliance processes
• Support end-to-end P2P and O2C cycles
• Translate business requirements into SAP solutions
• Collaborate with technical teams on RICEFW, interfaces, and enhancements
• Perform financial analysis, reconciliation, and reporting
• Support system enhancements, testing, and deployments

• 10+ years SAP FICO experience
• Strong hands-on in S/4HANA Finance
• Expertise in tax, intercompany, and product costing
• Experience with integrations and enterprise finance environments
