Salesforce Developer

• Design, develop, and implement customized solutions within the Salesforce platform
• Build and maintain Apex classes, triggers, Visualforce pages, and Lightning components (LWC/Aura)
• Configure Salesforce features including workflows, process builders, flows, validation rules, and custom objects
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware tools
• Perform data migrations, data cleansing, and data management activities within Salesforce
• Troubleshoot and resolve bugs, performance issues, and system errors
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment processes using CI/CD tools
• Support ongoing system enhancements, releases, and Salesforce upgrades
• Ensure best practices around code quality, scalability, and platform limits (governor limits)
• Maintain proper documentation of solutions, configurations, and development processes
• Work closely with Salesforce Administrators, QA teams, and other developers to deliver projects
• Implement security and access controls, including profiles, roles, and sharing rules
• Optimize system performance and recommend improvements to enhance user experience
• Support end users by addressing technical issues and providing guidance when needed

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 3-5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experienc
• Strong proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC) or Aura Component
• Experience with Salesforce configuration (flows, workflows, validation rules, custom objects, page layouts
• Solid understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, and governor limit
• Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP API
• Familiarity with data migration tools and processes (Data Loader, ETL tools, etc.
• Experience with version control systems (Git) and CI/CD tools for deployment
• Knowledge of Salesforce best practices for development, testing, and deploymen
• Ability to troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues efficientl
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environment
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with business stakeholders to gather requirement
• Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer I/II) highly preferre
• Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or other Salesforce products is a plu
