Integration BSA

A large financial company is seeking a Business Systems Analyst (BSA) with strong backend integration expertise and a solid understanding of how to bring data into and extract data from legacy .NET applications using APIs (REST, SOAP, GraphQL), Data Sync, middleware, batch processing, ETL processes, and related integration technologies., Analyze and document integration requirements between legacy .NET systems, Salesforce, and other platforms. Design and map data flows using APIs, batch processing, ETL, and middleware solutions. Leverage AI tools (GitHub Copilot, Claude, ChatGPT, etc.) to rapidly generate and refine documentation, diagrams, epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Support the integration of AI/ML models and Generative AI capabilities into existing environments.

In addition, candidates should have hands-on experience working with AI tools to accelerate analysis, documentation, and modernization efforts. This includes using GitHub Copilot, Copilot Chat, and other generative AI capabilities in VS Code to generate documentation artifacts, enhance user stories and epics, create diagrams, refine requirements, and support intelligent automation initiatives., 5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst. Strong understanding of Web Services and API technologies (REST, SOAP, GraphQL) and integration into/out of legacy systems. Experience designing activity diagrams, context diagrams, sequence diagrams, and other visual artifacts. Proficiency using GitHub Copilot (or similar AI coding assistants) in VS Code for: Generating documentation and technical artifacts Enhancing and refining epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria Accelerating requirements analysis and process mapping

Experience working in an Agile environment (Scrum/Kanban). Strong documentation and diagramming skills.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Experience integrating AI/ML models or Generative AI into legacy .NET or Salesforce environments. Familiarity with intelligent document processing, vector databases/embeddings, or AI-enhanced data pipelines. Knowledge of Responsible AI practices, MLOps, Azure OpenAI, MuleSoft AI, Einstein, or similar. Experience working on .NET applications. Background in the financial services industry. SFA Certification.

12-month contract with strong possibility of extension (up to 2 years). Hybrid work - must be able to sit near a company office in Denver, Dallas, Phoenix or Austin. Pay Rate: $55 - $60 / hour, Benefit packages for this role will start on the 1st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
