Job description
Position Overview: As a Sr. Architect, you will lead the design and implementation of architectural solutions for specific projects relating to Identity and Access Management (IAM). You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements, develop detailed architectural designs, and ensure the integration of systems and technologies. Additionally, you will mentor junior architects, assist in their professional growth, and participate in the continuous improvement of architectural practices. Scope/Required Skill Set Strong, hands-on SailPoint IIQ & Entra ID architecture and implementation experience Create roadmaps, runbooks, and solution designs Lead application onboarding efforts across the enterprise o There are 300 apps for different business areas across the company, and less than 10% of them are integrated into SailPoint. Vik is hoping to integrate/onboard 3-5 apps/year as part of a multi-year program which will be this Architects responsibility. o Will need prior experience leveraging Entra ID for application onboarding to IIQ, as well as custom connector development where required. Advanced capabilities Vik is looking for this architect to introduce include Privileged Identity Management (PIM) and Identity Verification Support SOX compliance, including identification of in-scope applications Ensure IAM controls are aligned across SailPoint and Entra Business partnership and leadership requirements o Comfortable gathering business requirements and translating them into technical solutions o Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders o Strong business partnership skills Day-to-day Responsibilities:

Requirements
7+ years of experience in Architecture.
- Experience in Sailpoint and Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Azure) strongly preferred
- Strong knowledge of architectural design techniques and tools.
- Proficiency in system integration and technology alignment.
- Excellent analytical and debugging skills.

Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $115000.00 - $170000.00/yr.
