Senior Migration Architect

• Assess existing IT infrastructure and legacy applicions to determine cloud readiness
• Assess legacy systems and design modernizion stregies including containerizion and microservices
• Develop migrion methodologies and ensure minimal organizional disruption during transitions
• Facilite customer onboarding and implement a consistent phway to cloud adoption
• Optimize applicion performance and reliability in cloud environments
• Designing target cloud architectures, select approprie migrion pterns and establish governance frameworks for cloud operions.
• Ensures cloud migrions maintain or improve performance, security, and compliance standards while optimizing costs and leveraging cloud-nive capabilities.

Stregic Architecture & Design

• Design and architect scalable, resilient, and secure cloud solutions for legacy systems/capabilities to migre to AWS or Azure plforms
• Develop cloud stregy and roadmaps aligned with organizion objectives and technical requirements
• Cree reference architectures, design pterns, and technical standards for cloud implementions
• Lead architectural reviews and provide guidance on complex technical decisions
• Technical Leadership
• Serve as a primary technical authority on migring legacy, on-prem systems to the cloud
• Mentor, guide and supervise legacy system technology teams while migring their environments
• Evalue emerging cloud technologies and assess their potential impact on organizional goals
• Drive adoption of DevOps practices, infrastructure as code, and automion frameworks

Security & Compliance

• Design secure cloud architectures implementing zero-trust principles and defense-in-depth stregies
• Ensure compliance with industry standards (SOC 2, HIPAA, PCI-DSS, etc.) and regulory requirements
• Cost Management & Optimizion
• Monitor and optimize cloud spending through rightsizing, reserved instances, and automion
• Implement cost allocion stregies and provide regular cost analysis and recommendions
• Design solutions th balance performance requirements with cost considerions
• Establish governance frameworks for cloud resource management
• Collaborion & Communicion
• Partner with business stakeholders to understand requirements and transle them into technical solutions
• Collabore with cross-functional teams including development, operions, security, and product management

• Minimum Educion: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Informion Technology, Engineering, or reled technical field
• Preferred Educion: Master's degree in Computer Science, Cloud Computing, or MBA with technical background
• Experience Requirements:
• 8+ years of overall IT experience
• 8+ years of hands-on cloud architecture and implemention experience
• 4+ years of experience with both AWS and Azure plforms
• Proven track record of managing cloud transformion projects exceeding $1M in scope
• Expertise In Azure and AWS (Certificions):
• AWS Solutions Architect Professional
• Azure Solutions Architect Expert, * Cloud security posture management (CSPM)
• Identity and access management (IAM) best practices
• Compliance Standards:
• SOC 2 Type II compliance implemention
• GDPR, HIPAA, PCI-DSS regulory requirements
• Industry-specific standards (FedRAMP, FISMA for government)
• Security audit and assessment experience
