Job description
Provide technical support for Windows and Mac laptops/desktops and resolve user issues.
Perform desktop/laptop imaging, software installation, and application deployment.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and desktop virtualization (VDI) related issues.
Manage and resolve support tickets using ITSM/ticketing tools following SOPs.
Support security compliance, system updates, testing, and IT infrastructure projects.
