Job description
- Missile hardware/software integration to include assembly, documentation, testing, and
- reprogramming.
- Operation and maintenance of special test equipment and test vehicles in an engineering lab
- environment.
- Extensive use of COMSEC equipment, AIS computers, and telemetry equipment.
- Maintaining and reconfiguring munitions, monitoring weapon telemetry in a control room environment.
- performing flight line operations and communicating directly to customers daily.
- Must be capable of lifting at least 25 lbs. and performing work in an industrial environment.
Requirements
Ability to obtain INTERIM U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date, Typically requires a Bachelor's in a Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 5 years of prior relevant experience
- Hardware Systems Integration experience
- Weapons systems Integration experience onto an aircraft military platform
- Weapons system flight test experience with aircraft
- Experience with troubleshooting and failure process
- Experience with the use of lab/field test equipment
- Experience supporting field tests
Qualifications We Prefer
- Active and Existing DoD clearance strongly preferred
- Telemetry data collection
- Data analysis experience
- Experience in integrating RF/EO sensor output, either modulated waveforms or streams of digital samples used for real-time representation of RF/EO scenes data collection / analysis (including Telemetry)
- Test Systems design experience and collaborating across multiple engineering disciplines, such as electrical, electronics, mechanical, software, and computer engineering
- Experience in integration with test equipment, telemetry data analysis software, and missile systems host platforms
- Experience managing and presenting technical data to Stakeholders and Customer community, in design reviews and technical interchange meetings
- Experience supporting field tests and/or evaluating requirements
- Knowledge of MIL-STD-1553 and MIL-STD-1760 interfaces
- Perform successfully in an open environment with frequent interaction with Government customers and peers
Benefits & conditions
The salary range for this role is 86,800 USD - 165,200 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
