Job description
We are seeking a Senior Data Engineer responsible for designing, building, and maintaining scalable data solutions, including infrastructure and pipelines, to support efficient data collection, storage, processing, and analysis of large datasets., * Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to understand data requirements
- Design, build, and maintain scalable data infrastructure for data collection, storage, transformation, and analysis
- Develop and maintain data pipelines, data models, and data applications for reliable workflows
- Design and manage data platforms including data warehouses, data lakes, and lakehouse architectures
- Develop analytical tools, algorithms, and automation scripts to support data engineering activities
- Monitor performance and identify opportunities for optimization and improvement
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in data engineering
- Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP), including Compute Engine, Cloud Storage, IAM, and Cloud Functions
- Experience with big data technologies such as Apache Spark, Dataflow, or BigQuery
- Experience designing and maintaining data warehouse solutions
- Experience developing or integrating Artificial Intelligence and expert systems
- Experience designing and working with APIs (RESTful or gRPC)
