Enterprise Architect (contract position)

The role involves leading performance testing initiatives, managing teams, and ensuring the successful execution of performance test cycles for large-scale enterprise systems for one of our prestigious client.

• A minimum of five (5) years of applying Enterprise Architecture principles. At least three (3) years of that experience must be in a lead capacity.
• Minimum of eight (8) years of experience in IT solution or enterprise architecture, including responsibility for architectural governance across multiple systems or integrations.
• Minimum of five (5) years of experience designing and implementing cloud-native applications using Microsoft .NET Core (6.0 or higher), RESTful APIs, and microservices architectures.
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience designing or implementing systems hosted in Azure or AWS, including security, identity, and networking configurations.
• Demonstrated experience defining or implementing container orchestration using Kubernetes and CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, or equivalent).
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience integrating enterprise applications using APIs, event driven architecture, or message queues.
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience developing or maintaining enterprise architecture artifacts (System Architecture Document, Interface Control Document, Data Flow Diagrams, System Security Plan).
• Possession of a bachelor's degree in an IT-related or Engineering field.
• Additional qualifying experience may be substituted for the required education on a year-for-year basis.
• Ten (10) years total enterprise or solution architecture experience.
• Experience modernizing Legacy systems into .NET Core microservices or hybrid cloud environments.
• Hands on experience with Blazor, ASP.NET Core Minimal APIs, OpenTelemetry, or .NET Aspire.
• Familiarity with NIST 800-53 security controls and Zero Trust Architecture (ZTA) principles.
• Experience developing high availability (HA) or disaster recovery (DR) designs.
• Possession of one or more certifications: TOGAF 9+ Certified Architect, Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert, and/or AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Professional
