Job description
The engineer will install, configure, develop, and integrate prototype applications for technical evaluation. The position supports a lab environment that assists customers in developing and testing experiments, and works directly with customers, developers, and data scientists to gather requirements and feedback. Mission Focus
Develop capabilities that solve common problems for analyst offices, including prototype development to extend enterprise services, support analytics, enhance machine learning, and build commercial cloud solutions. Support the integration and evaluation of open source, emerging technologies, and new COTS applications. Technical Proficiency
Requirements
Experience integrating with customers's cloud-based data systems; installing, configuring, developing, and integrating prototype applications for technical evaluation., * Bachelor's degree plus 11 to 15 years of relevant experience or equivalent.
- Computer Science (CS) or related degree.
- Strong development experience in multiple languages (eg, Java, Python).
Security Clearance
Active TS/SCI with Polygraph required. Desirable Skills
- Modeling experience.
- Machine Learning experience.
- Experience with Docker containers and Kubernetes.
- Development experience on Linux platforms.
- Analytics development experience.
- Virtual Machine (VM) experience.
