Job description
As a Full Stack Developer , you'll contribute to the modernization and growth of critical workplace platforms. This is a full stack developer role where you'll work across front-end and back-end technologies, collaborating closely with engineers, product partners, and stakeholders to design, build, and improve end-to-end solutions that are resilient, secure, and built for scale. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex problems, learning continuously, and influencing outcomes through thoughtful engineering.
What You'll Do
In this role, you will:
- Build and enhance scalable, full-stack applications that support core workplace financial services
- Contribute to platform modernization initiatives, including API development and foundational system improvements across the full stack
- Improve application stability, performance, and resilience to reduce risk and deliver reliable experiences
- Modernize legacy components while maintaining strong compliance, security, and quality standards
- Collaborate within an agile, cross-functional team to design, deliver, and continuously improve full stack solutions
- Leverage AI-assisted development tools to improve efficiency, quality, and developer experience
- Share knowledge, provide mentorship, and contribute to a culture of learning and continuous improvement
- Influence technical direction by advocating for best practices in availability, scalability, performance, and customer experience
Requirements
- 4+ years of full-stack web development experience; BS/MS degree preferred or equivalent experience.
- Demonstrated experience designing, building, and maintaining full-stack web applications
- Strong ability to translate business needs into technical solutions through thoughtful design and implementation
- Proficiency developing backend services using C# and .NET Core
- Experience building responsive user interfaces using JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
- Ability to collaborate effectively within agile, team-based delivery environments
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to document, explain, and influence technical decisions
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with modern front-end frameworks such as Angular and TypeScript
- Familiarity with single-page application architectures and responsive design principles
- Working knowledge of RESTful API design and consumption
- Experience with relational databases and SQL fundamentals
- Exposure to unit testing practices and test-driven or behavior-driven development
- Experience evaluating and tuning application performance
- Familiarity with modern development tools, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud-based platforms
