Software Engineer

• Perform software requirements analysis and hardware compatibility assessments
• Develop software products and tools used for design, development, and maintenance of infrastructure and platforms
• Work independently to achieve day-to-day objectives with significant impact on operational results or project deliverables
• Take responsibility for entire projects or processes within a technical area
• Coach and review the work of lower-level technical staff
• Collaborate with internal experts to develop technical solutions requiring deep analysis and understanding of impact on end-product or solution
• Develop solutions to technical problems that are unclear and require extensive technical knowledge
• Communicate effectively with internal and client project team members, influencing team members regarding solution design and approach

• Typically requires a Bachelor's degree and 4-8 years of relevant experience or a Master's degree with 2-6 years of relevant experience
• Demonstrated ability to perform the duties of this position through relevant experience, training, or education
