Job description
- Providing executive-level leadership for a large federal IT modernization program, overseeing strategy, planning, execution, and delivery across software, cloud, cybersecurity, and operations teams.
- Leading technical modernization efforts including legacy system transformation, cloud-native architecture implementation, Agile delivery, and DevSecOps adoption.
- Managing financial performance and contract execution, including budget forecasting, T&M/FFP/CPFF contract structures, EVMS, CPARS, SLAs, task orders, and CLIN management.
- Overseeing cloud and application compliance with federal cybersecurity and governance frameworks including FedRAMP, NIST 800-53, FISMA, CMMC, Zero Trust, and ATO processes.
- Building trusted relationships with federal stakeholders, COR/CO leadership, and technical teams while leading program reviews, technical exchanges, and milestone briefings.
Requirements
- 7-10+ years of experience managing large federal IT modernization programs with significant technical oversight responsibilities.
- Demonstrated experience with Azure cloud environments (IL2-IL6), DevSecOps, CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), Agile delivery, and legacy system modernization .
- Strong knowledge of federal cybersecurity frameworks , cloud governance, financial management, risk mitigation, and enterprise-scale modernization.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or a related field (Master's or MBA preferred).
- Active Secret clearance required (Top Secret preferred).

- Salary Range: $150,000 - $190,000 depending on experience
