Duties/ResponsibilitiesSets up and maintains Point of Sale System (Infogenesis) and configurationSets up and maintains Mobile Ordering (Agilysys OnDemand)Sets up and maintains Label Printing (Date Code Genie)Interfaces with corporate and field staff triaging system issues to achieve KPIs Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates user needs to create system solutions that support overall business strategies Collaborates with outside vendors with System Upgrades, Implementations, etc. Minimum Required Qualifications Analysis and communication with technical and non-technical staffAbility to consolidate complex information and communicate to various levels of the organizationExcellent organization skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office applicationsMust be able to work both independently and in a team environment. This position will also be level 4 IT support for those platforms.
