- Full Stack Development: Build and maintain scalable web applications using Java (Spring Boot, Microservices) and modern frontend frameworks (React/Angular).
- GenAI Integration: Apply Generative AI models to enhance application features, automate workflows, and optimize user experiences.
- GitHub Copilot Usage: Leverage AI-assisted coding tools to improve productivity, reduce errors, and accelerate development cycles.
- Devin AI Experience: Utilize Devin for task automation, intelligent debugging, and workflow optimization.
- Cloud Deployment: Deploy and manage applications on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform).
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, data scientists, and DevOps teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Code Quality: Ensure adherence to coding standards, security practices, and performance optimization.
Requirements
We are seeking a highly skilled Java Full Stack Engineer with hands-on experience in Generative AI (GenAI), GitHub Copilot, and Devin AI tools. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and deploy scalable applications, leveraging AI-assisted coding to accelerate delivery and improve code quality. This role requires a strong foundation in Java-based backend systems, modern frontend frameworks, and the ability to integrate AI-driven solutions into enterprise applications, * Java & Spring Boot expertise for backend development.
- Frontend frameworks such as React or Angular.
- Database management (SQL/NoSQL).
- Experience with GenAI tools and frameworks (OpenAI, LangChain, Hugging Face).
- Proficiency in GitHub Copilot for AI-assisted coding.
- Hands-on with Devin AI for intelligent automation.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Preferred, but not required:
- Bachelor's or master's in computer science or related field.
- Relevant architecture certifications (e.g., TOGAF).
- Experience in financial services or Loyalty programs is a plus.
- Experience in AI-driven application development.
- Knowledge of microservices architecture and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Exposure to cloud-native solutions.
Benefits & conditions
The base salary for this position will vary based on geography and other factors. In accordance with law, the base salary for this role if filled within Charlotte, NC is $100k - $130k/year & benefits (see below)., * A highly competitive compensation and benefits package.
