Senior Quality Engineer, Automation & Testing Platform - Lead quality assurance efforts for a highly integrated platform that supports subscription services, vehicle data updates, and customer account management. Maintain a robust automation framework and drive regression testing across applications used by both agents and customers. Develop and maintain automated test suites for Salesforce applications and backend integrations. Plan, execute, and manage regression, functional, and integration tests to support fast and safe releases. Collaborate with developers, product managers, and business analysts to understand requirements and translate them into comprehensive test strategies. Identify and document defects, support root cause analysis, and verify fixes in a CI/CD pipeline. Continuously improve automation coverage, testing standards, and QA best practices within the team. Participate in release readiness processes and ensure end-to-end validation of platform changes. Requirements
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or Software Engineering, plus 5 years of post-Bachelor's progressive experience in the position offered or as a Test Lead or Senior Software Development Engineer in Test or Master's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or Software Engineering, plus 3 years of experience in the position offered or as a Test Lead or Senior Software Development Engineer in Test. All of the required experience must have included: developing and maintaining automation frameworks using Selenium WebDriver; designing and implementing comprehensive API automation suites using Rest Assured; leading the end-to-end automation strategy, including test planning, scripting, execution, and reporting; working developers, product managers, and other stakeholders in an Agile/SCRUM environment; leading and mentoring team of automation engineers in automation best practices, test-driven development, Agile methodologies, and effective QA strategies

integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines; performing automated testing using linear scripting, structured scripting, data-driven testing, business process testing, hybrid frameworks, behavior-driven development (BDD) with Cucumber, data-driven testing, cloud technologies (AWS, IBM Bluemix or other), Load Runner for load testing and Rally for creating user stories; and performing functional, integration, system, regression, usability and performance testing. Salary: $141,400/year. 9AM-6PM, 40 hours/week, Monday-Friday. This role entails hybrid work, with time split between working in our Irving, TX office and flexibility to telecommute from another U.S. location.
