Job description

We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Qmhp (Qualified Mental Health Professional) to join our team and make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals seeking mental health support. In this vital role, you will provide compassionate, evidence-based care, develop personalized treatment plans, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to promote recovery and well-being. Your enthusiasm and commitment will help foster a positive environment where clients feel empowered and supported on their journey toward mental health stability., * Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to evaluate clients' needs, strengths, and goals.

  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans aligned with best practices and client preferences.
  • Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including counseling, psychoeducation, and crisis management.
  • Collaborate effectively with healthcare providers, case managers, families, and community resources to coordinate care.
  • Maintain accurate, timely documentation of client progress, treatment activities, and compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Educate clients on coping strategies, medication management (if applicable), and available community resources.
  • Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and quality improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery.

Requirements

Do you have a valid QMHP Certification license?, Do you have experience in Working with individuals with mental health conditions?, * Strong knowledge of mental health disorders, treatment modalities, and crisis intervention techniques.

  • Excellent communication skills to build trust and rapport with diverse populations.
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining collaborative relationships within a multidisciplinary team.
  • Compassionate approach combined with active listening skills to understand clients' unique experiences.
  • Proficiency in documentation software and electronic health records systems.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing client needs and organizational priorities.
  • Relevant licensure or certification as a Qualified Mental Health Professional (Qmhp) or equivalent credential required; additional certifications in trauma-informed care or substance use treatment are a plus.
