- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans aligned with best practices and client preferences.

- Collaborate effectively with healthcare providers, case managers, families, and community resources to coordinate care.
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation of client progress, treatment activities, and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Educate clients on coping strategies, medication management (if applicable), and available community resources.
- Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and quality improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery.
Requirements
Do you have a valid QMHP Certification license?, Do you have experience in Working with individuals with mental health conditions?, * Strong knowledge of mental health disorders, treatment modalities, and crisis intervention techniques.
- Excellent communication skills to build trust and rapport with diverse populations.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining collaborative relationships within a multidisciplinary team.
- Compassionate approach combined with active listening skills to understand clients' unique experiences.
- Proficiency in documentation software and electronic health records systems.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing client needs and organizational priorities.
- Relevant licensure or certification as a Qualified Mental Health Professional (Qmhp) or equivalent credential required; additional certifications in trauma-informed care or substance use treatment are a plus.
