Job description

The ERP Administrator II who will be reporting directly to the Sr. Manager of Enterprise Technology will be responsible for managing the corporate Acumatica ERP system, supporting its users and continually improving the ERP system. This role will also lead various customization, software development, and integration projects, as well as designing, developing new, and maintaining existing Acumatica customizations. Responsibilities Successfully manage the company's Acumatica ERP system, ensuring its smooth operation and optimal performance

  • Provide ongoing support to Acumatica ERP users, resolve issues, and address user concerns promptly
  • Create, troubleshoot and maintain customizations and integrations to meet business needs, ensuring their functionality and compatibility with system upgrades
  • Conduct regular maintenance tasks, including customization deployments, updates, upgrades, and performance optimizations
  • Offer technical guidance to other team members and stakeholders on Acumatica-related matters
  • Configure and maintain role-based security, workflows, and business logic
  • Use Acumatica tools such as generic inquiries, report builder, and dashboards as requested by all departments.
  • Lead system upgrades, hotfixes, and release rollouts in partnership with Acumatica support
  • Lead ERP-related projects, including testing, validation, new module deployments and enhancements
  • Act as technical project manager and liaison with external partners
  • Train users for self-service reporting when appropriate
  • Use and manage Acumatica add-ons
  • Other duties as required
  • Document system changes for audit and compliance
  • Manage user testing and resolve any identified issues, * Requires sitting for extended periods, frequent use of a computer and monitors, repetitive hand/wrist movement for typing, and regular visual focus/eyestrain from screen work.
  • Occasional standing, walking, bending, and reaching may be required in an office environment.
  • May occasionally lift or move office materials or equipment up to 10-15 pounds.
  • Minimal travel is typically required, though occasional travel to company sites, meetings, training, or vendor locations may be needed.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of T-SQL and experience working relational databases
  • Demonstrated use of Acumatica reporting tools (Generic Inquiries, Report Designer).
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a distributed team
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Willingness to work after hours and weekends when needed
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience managing Acumatica, with a strong understanding of Acumatica systems and processes, including managing user accounts, security roles, and system configurations.
  • Solid understanding of business processes in accounting, manufacturing, supply chain, and inventory
  • Strong understanding of Acumatica modules
  • The ERP Administrator for Acumatica will be the technical expert at CPI for the Acumatica ecosystem. This will require the ability to work independently and with internal IT and business teams as well as external support vendors to maintain and enhance the system to meet business, technology, and compliance needs. They will be the expected to understand requests, design solutions, and implement those solutions once signoff is obtained from IT and business stakeholders, Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time
