- Advise on how AI and accelerators can solve problems and unlock value within managed services
- Present tailored recommendations and solutions to key stakeholders, effectively communicating both technical and business-focused benefits
- Ensure seamless knowledge-transfer processes with clients, addressing any training, enablement, and AI adoption needs
- Create proposals to design, implement, and support managed services solutions for application development and support, ensuring alignment with client needs and service delivery expectations
- Lead the incorporation of AI-powered tools (such as predictive analytics, intelligent automation, and machine learning accelerators) into application support and development processes to proactively address issues, enhance performance, and improve efficiency
- Analyze and identify opportunities to automate repetitive tasks, reduce manual intervention, and improve turnaround times through AI-driven capabilities
- Solutions models should leverage accelerative tools (e.g., bots, virtual agents, and monitoring solutions) to expedite incident management, root cause analysis, and resolution
- Research, evaluate, and recommend AI-driven frameworks and technologies that can be deployed to optimize application support and managed services delivery
- Work with the pricing teams to model commercially attractive solutions that ensure client centricity as well as meet profitability goals
- Advise and design service-level management strategy to deliver accountable service while mitigating commercial risk for EPAM
Requirements
- Strong experience in application support and development within a managed services environment
- Hands-on expertise with AI solutions like predictive analytics, machine learning models, conversational AI (chatbots), and intelligent automation frameworks (such as RPA)
- Broad understanding of Azure AI, AWS AI/ML, Google AI, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or related technologies
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities with a passion for driving innovation through technology
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to work collaboratively across teams and interact with clients at all levels
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable business recommendations
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- 12+ years of experience in solutioning/delivering managed services in application support, development
- 3+ years of experience in designing AI-powered managed services solutions
- Certifications in cloud platforms or AI/ML technologies would be a plus (e.g., AWS Certified AI Engineer, Microsoft Azure AI Fundamentals)

This Remote Position Cannot be Performed in New York City.
This posting includes a good faith range of the salary EPAM would reasonably expect to pay the selected candidate. The range provided reflects base salary only. Individual compensation offers within the range are based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to: geographic location, experience, credentials, education, training; the demand for the role; and overall business and labor market considerations. Most candidates are hired at a salary within the range disclosed. Salary range: $180,000 - $248,000.
