Job description

As a Consultant on the Oracle EPM team, you will be responsible for...

  • Supporting finance transformation projects focused on financial planning, forecasting, management reporting, and analytics
  • Gathering, documenting, and analyzing business requirements, current-state processes, and future-state workflows
  • Assisting with the design and implementation of finance operating models, governance structures, and process improvements
  • Preparing client deliverables, executive presentations, process documentation, and status updates for project stakeholders
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to help deploy technology-enabled finance solutions, data-driven reporting, and process automation, Deloitte's Finance Transformation offering helps finance and global business services leaders navigate an increasingly challenging environment marked by disruptive tech like AI, market uncertainty, and regulatory change, and recognize the opportunity to better serve the enterprise, shareholders, customers, and regulators.

Within the Finance Transformation offering, our Business Finance team helps drive strategic value through financial planning, forecasting, and analytics capabilities. By leveraging next-gen processes, scalable data platforms, and AI, our team delivers accurate, timely, and actionable insights.

  • 2+ years of experience in finance transformation, financial planning and analysis, finance operating model design, or global business services
  • 2+ years of experience gathering business requirements, documenting process flows, or developing future-state process documentation
  • 2 + years of experience supporting an Oracle EPM (EPBCS, EPCMCS, EDMCS) based finance transformation, finance process improvement, or technology implementation project
  • Ability to travel 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
  • Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.

Preferred:

  • Master of Business Administration, Master of Finance, or Master of Accounting
  • Experience with enterprise resource planning, enterprise performance management, or financial planning platforms
  • Experience with data visualization tools
  • Experience with process automation, artificial intelligence, or advanced analytics use cases in finance
  • Certified Public Accountant, Chartered Financial Analyst, or Project Management Professional certification

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $86,7000 to $170,900

You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
