Join our dynamic team as a Sr. Program Manager, where you'll lead and mentor a talented group of program and project managers to achieve strategic business objectives. This remote role offers the opportunity to work on cutting-edge data and AI projects, driving innovation and excellence. Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with executive leadership to align program strategies with organizational goals.
  • Develop and implement program management frameworks and methodologies to enhance delivery quality and efficiency.
  • Lead the Enterprise Program Management Office, ensuring resources are effectively allocated across initiatives.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence within the team.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.
  • Oversee departmental operations, including budgeting and resource management.

Requirements

  • Background in data and AI project support.
  • Proven leadership and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Strong communication skills, capable of conveying complex information effectively.
  • Experience in driving change and results in a matrix environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
  • Ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with project management methodologies such as Agile, Lean, or Six Sigma.
  • Master's degree in business, information technology, or a related field.
