Job Title: Junior .Net Developer Location: Austin TX / Lone Tree, CO (Hybrid) Prerequisites: Bachelors' degree in Computer Engineering or related degree and/or practical experience. Advanced degrees and/or other professional certifications are a plus. Hands on experience gained through at least 1 year in a software development role. Proficiency in C#/.NET (including .NET Core) and relational databases (SQL Server, PostgreSQL). Recent experience working in Agile (Scrum or Kanban) teams, as both a practitioner and an adherent, using Jira/Confluence. Ability to perform code reviews, debug, and troubleshoot complex issues. Candidates should be able to commute/relocate to the job location. Preferred qualifications: Familiarity with event-driven programming (RabbitMQ or similar). Basic PowerShell for scripting/automation. Experience in financial industry-specific technologies, such as FIX messaging, market data APIs, and trade order management systems (OMS). Control-M (job scheduling). SonarQube or Veracode for code quality/security. Knowledge of Splunk (monitoring/log analysis). Experience with cloud technologies; AWS, GCP, or PCF will be a plus. Strong customer focus with a sense of ownership and determination to drive solutions in a collaborative environment. Selection Process 1. Technical interview by Quintrix and online assessment. 2.
