Job description
- Provide on-site hardware support and repair for HP PC products including laptops, desktops, RPOS, and workstations.
- Configure hardware, software, and network components to resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Assist in troubleshooting and repairing printers, leveraging knowledge of printer mechanics and software.
- Manage multiple service events daily, ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer issues.
- Build positive relationships with customers by delivering professional, courteous, and effective service.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Mechanical repair?, Do you have a High school diploma or GED?, * High School diploma or equivalent; additional hardware technology training or college education preferred.
- Proven experience in technical or mechanical hardware repair, with onsite customer interaction.
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds, and work in various physical positions including crawling and stooping.
- Availability for scheduled and unscheduled overtime, including non-traditional workdays and holidays.
- Strong troubleshooting skills, with the ability to quickly evaluate and resolve hardware issues.
