Job description
A fast-paced and growing organization is seeking a hands-on Senior SaaS Systems Administrator to support and optimize the company's internal business systems and collaboration platforms. This role will be responsible for maintaining the health, security, scalability, and day-to-day administration of a modern SaaS environment supporting a multi-department workforce.
This individual will play a key role in systems administration, identity management, automation initiatives, operational support, and end-user enablement. The ideal candidate is highly technical, proactive, solution-oriented, and comfortable operating in a dynamic environment with evolving priorities.
This is a highly collaborative, onsite position that partners closely with leadership, operations, and technology stakeholders to improve system reliability, user experience, and operational efficiency.
Key ResponsibilitiesSaaS Platform Administration
Provide administration, support, and optimization across core business applications, including:
- Google Workspace Enterprise
- Zoom Enterprise
- Zendesk
- Okta
- JAMF and Apple Business Manager
- Additional business systems including ERP, CRM, and workflow platforms
Responsibilities include:
- User provisioning and deprovisioning
- Security controls and policy administration
- License management
- Workflow configuration
- Access management and compliance support
- Troubleshooting and escalated issue resolution
- Reporting and platform optimization
Automation & Process Improvement
- Identify operational inefficiencies and implement scalable workflow improvements
- Build and maintain automations using tools such as Zapier, Make, Google Apps Script, APIs, or similar technologies
- Streamline onboarding and offboarding processes
- Improve administrative efficiency through systems integration and automation initiatives
Reporting & Operational Visibility
- Develop reporting dashboards and platform utilization metrics
- Monitor SaaS usage, licensing, and operational performance
- Assist leadership with reporting related to ticket trends, user activity, platform adoption, and operational analytics
- Support audits, documentation, and systems governance initiatives
End-User Support & Enablement
- Provide tier 2 / tier 3 application support
- Create clear documentation, SOPs, and training materials
- Conduct onboarding sessions and end-user training as needed
- Partner with departments to improve adoption and effective use of business systems
Vendor & Systems Coordination
- Coordinate with software vendors and external support teams
- Assist with escalations, renewals, contract evaluations, and systems reviews
- Support ongoing technology and operational initiatives across the organization
Requirements
Do you have experience in Zoom?, * 5+ years of experience administering SaaS platforms in a business environment
- Strong experience with:
- Google Workspace administration
- Zoom administration
- Zendesk administration
- Identity and access management concepts including SSO, MFA, provisioning, and lifecycle management
- Working knowledge of:
- Okta
- JAMF
- Apple Business Manager
- Strong troubleshooting and systems administration skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with automation and scripting tools such as Zapier, Make, Google Apps Script, Python, Bash, or PowerShell
- Familiarity with security and compliance frameworks such as PCI, HIPAA, or Zero Trust methodologies
- Experience supporting ERP, CRM, or operational business systems
- Experience building reporting dashboards and operational analytics
- Bilingual English / Spanish preferred

- Additional hours may occasionally be required based on operational needs and project deadlines
Pay: $106,740.39 - $138,424.00 per year
