The Opportunity
As part of the Software Engineering team, you will lead one or more delivery teams to design, build, and run innovative AI
- and data-intensive tax platforms. As a Manager, you will provide technical and people leadership, guiding architecture and implementation while driving agile execution and DevOps practices. This role offers a unique chance to transform complex tax challenges into scalable, cloud-native solutions, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional results.

Requirements
What You Must Have
- Bachelor's Degree
- At least 4 years of experience
What Sets You Apart
- Master's Degree preferred
- Possessing proven experience leading software delivery teams
- Showing proficiency in core technology stacks
- Designing scalable, distributed architectures
- Having hands-on experience with cloud platforms
- Establishing and running CI/CD pipelines
- Incorporating AI and analytics into products
- Understanding responsible AI practices
- Possessing clear communication and facilitation skills
Benefits & conditions
The salary range for this position is: $99,000 - $266,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
