As a Senior Consultant on the Oracle EPM team, you will be responsible for:
- Leading Oracle Enterprise Performance Management solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment activities for client engagements
- Gathering business and functional requirements and translating them into Oracle Enterprise Performance Management solution designs
- Configuring planning, forecasting, consolidation, reporting, and close processes within Oracle Enterprise Performance Management applications
- Supporting data validation, user acceptance testing, defect resolution, and deployment readiness across implementation workstreams
- Collaborating with client stakeholders and cross-functional Deloitte teams to deliver project milestones, status updates, and implementation outcomes, Deloitte's Finance Transformation offering helps finance and global business services leaders navigate an increasingly challenging environment marked by disruptive tech like AI, market uncertainty, and regulatory change, and recognize the opportunity to better serve the enterprise, shareholders, customers, and regulators.
Within the Finance Transformation offering, our Business Finance team helps drive strategic value through financial planning, forecasting, and analytics capabilities. By leveraging next-gen processes, scalable data platforms, and AI, our team delivers accurate, timely, and actionable insights.

- 4+ years of experience implementing Oracle Enterprise Performance Management solutions
- 4+ years of experience gathering business requirements and translating them into functional designs for planning, forecasting, consolidation, or reporting processes
- Experience with one or more Oracle Enterprise Performance Management modules, including Planning, Financial Consolidation and Close, Account Reconciliation, Tax Reporting, or Narrative Reporting
- Experience configuring business rules, metadata, data integrations, and reports within Oracle Enterprise Performance Management applications
- Ability to travel 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
- Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.
Preferred:
- Oracle certification in Enterprise Performance Management applications
- Experience with Oracle Enterprise Data Management
- Experience with Oracle Groovy scripting for Oracle Enterprise Performance Management applications
- Experience integrating Oracle Enterprise Performance Management with Oracle Enterprise Resource Planning, Human Capital Management, or third-party source systems
- Experience leading a functional workstream on a full lifecycle Oracle Enterprise Performance Management implementation
The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $110,700 to $218,300.
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
