Job description
You will be responsible for analyzing and resolving network incidents impacting business operations within a large-scale, secure enterprise environment. You take full ownership of incidents from analysis to resolution and collaborate closely with network and security teams.
️ Key Responsibilities

L2/L3 troubleshooting of Cisco switches and routers

Resolve network and security-related incidents
-
Cisco ISE: verify policies, troubleshoot authentication and access issues
-
WiFi monitoring & troubleshooting : using Cisco Catalyst, resolve connectivity and performance issues
-
Configure and troubleshoot Cisco Wireless LAN Controllers (WLC)
-
Troubleshoot Cisco AnyConnect VPN and remote access issues
-
Participate in incident calls and crisis meetings
-
Execute and follow up on network changes
-
Document solutions and structural improvements

Must-Have Profile

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Network Engineer (L2 or higher)

Strong hands-on Cisco troubleshooting experience

Experience in enterprise environments

Strong understanding of network security, authentication & access management

Able to work under pressure during critical incidents

Strong sense of ownership and responsibility
Nice to Have

Experience in regulated or critical environments

Knowledge of additional firewall/security solutions

French language skills
