Job description
We're looking for a Senior Consultant, Advisory to join our team in Berlin, Frankfurt and Munich, Germany in a hybrid working mode. In this role, you will conduct structured analysis across complex client engagements and translate findings into strategic insights that directly inform executive decision-making. The focus will be on contributing to the full project lifecycle - from problem structuring and research design through to the synthesis and presentation of recommendations - ensuring that output is grounded in evidence and aligned with the client's broader business objectives., * Conduct primary and secondary research to identify market trends, competitive dynamics and operational improvement opportunities relevant to client engagements
- Develop quantitative models, scenario analyses and financial benchmarks to support evidence-based strategic recommendations
- Structure and present findings in clear, executive-ready formats including slide decks, memoranda and analytical reports
- Facilitate client workshops and working sessions, ensuring alignment on project scope, milestones and deliverables
- Collaborate with project teams to manage workstream dependencies, maintain quality standards and adhere to delivery timelines
- Support business development efforts through market research, proposal preparation and competitive intelligence gathering
- Identify methodological improvements and contribute to the development of internal analytical frameworks and knowledge assets
- Document engagement learnings and contribute to the firm's intellectual capital in a structured and replicable manner
Requirements
Do you have experience in Tableau?, Do you have a Master's degree?, The ideal candidate combines strong analytical fundamentals with clear communication skills and the ability to operate effectively across cross-functional project teams in a fast-paced consulting environment., * Bachelor's degree in business administration, Economics, Finance, Engineering or a related discipline
- 3+ years of professional experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, financial services or a comparable analytical role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for complex models and structured client presentations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capability, with demonstrated attention to detail in both quantitative and qualitative work
- Clear and precise written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information to varied audiences
- Ability to manage competing priorities effectively and maintain high output quality under time pressure
- Collaborative working style with a demonstrated commitment to team objectives and professional standards
Nice to have
- Postgraduate qualifications such as an MBA or Master's degree in a relevant field
- Experience with data visualization platforms such as Power BI or Tableau
- Exposure to project management methodologies including Agile or PMI frameworks
