IT Specialist

• Ensure efficient and smooth day-to-day IT operations across the organization
• Provide 1st and 2nd line support to approximately 400 users across the EMEA region
• Manage and optimize the Microsoft 365 environment, Intune and Entra ID, including user and rights management
• Administer central IT systems, including Active Directory and cloud-based applications
• Manage and support client hardware such as laptops, printers, mobile phones and tablets
• Assist with network management (Cisco Meraki and Sophos)
• Ensure servers, workstations and backups continue to run properly (Veeam, Azure Backup)
• Monitor security and compliance within the organization (Sophos, Defender for Endpoint)
• Drive IT projects such as migrations, automation and security improvements, taking on product and service responsibility
• Register and document incidents and changes in the ticketing system
• Collaborate with IT colleagues in Germany, the Netherlands, Spain and China

• Successfully completed training in the IT sector or a comparable qualification
• Experience in IT operations, support, applications and infrastructure with knowledge of relevant work processes
• Proven international experience and comfortable working across cultures and time zones
• Strong expertise in Active Directory and Microsoft 365, Intune and Entra ID
• Experience with cloud-based applications and Azure Virtual Machines
• Solid knowledge of networking, especially Cisco Meraki
• Experience with backup solutions such as Veeam and Azure Backup
• Familiarity with security tools such as Sophos and Defender for Endpoint
• PowerShell scripting experience is a strong plus
• Fluent in German and English; additional languages are an advantage
• Initiative, commitment and strong organizational skills- you work independently and keep a structured approach
• This role is to be performed on a hybrid basis (60% per month in office) with the primary office location being Kirchdorf, * A motivated team with flat hierarchies, an open communication culture and short decision-making paths
