Business Analyst - Digital Channels

Do you have experience in Machine learning?, * Proven experience managing complex technology projects from a strong technical standpoint, preferably leading the implementation of chat, chatbot, and virtual assistant solutions.

• Solid technical knowledge in Contact Center architecture, infrastructure, and transactional omnichannel systems.
• Hands-on experience working with Genesys Cloud platforms, cloud ecosystems (AWS, Azure), and API integrations.
• Strong understanding of IT security principles and best practices to ensure they are correctly applied throughout the project lifecycle.
• Excellent ability to coordinate cross-functional development and operations teams, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery of technical solutions.
• Great communication, multitasking, and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse technical departments in a fast-paced environment.Advanced or fluent English language proficiency to succeed in a global business environment.
