Job description

We are looking for a skilled and customer-focused IT Support Specialist to join our growing team and provide technical assistance to employees and clients., * Provide first-line technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.

  • Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
  • Troubleshoot system, application, and connectivity problems in a timely manner.
  • Manage user accounts, passwords, and access permissions.
  • Monitor IT systems and ensure optimal performance and security.
  • Assist with software updates, backups, and system maintenance.
  • Document technical issues, solutions, and support procedures.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to resolve complex IT issues.
  • Support onboarding and setup for new employees.
  • Ensure compliance with company IT policies and security standards.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Windows?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * Bachelor's degree or certification in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.

  • 1-3 years of experience in IT support, help desk, or technical support roles.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft 365, and networking basics.
  • Experience troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
  • Familiarity with remote support tools and ticketing systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English (Spanish is a plus).

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure or Google Workspace.
  • Basic understanding of cybersecurity best practices.
  • Knowledge of VPNs, firewalls, and network infrastructure.
  • IT certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft certifications are an advantage.
