Requirements

Strong API and integration knowledge Experience creating sequence diagrams using PlantUML Ability to explain technical concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders Strong stakeholder communication and collaboration skills Experience supporting API enablement and onboarding activities

  • Good to Have

Exposure to API gateways and integration platforms Experience working with external partners/vendors Knowledge of Agile delivery environments Familiarity with cloud-based integration ecosystems and microservices architecture Qualification & Certification (If any):

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field

  • Certifications in API Management, Integration Technologies, or Cloud Platforms are an added advantage

  • PlantUML or technical documentation expertise preferred
