Job description

  • Collect, organize, and maintain accurate company data across systems and databases
  • Ensure data integrity, consistency, and quality across all records
  • Update and manage datasets, spreadsheets, and internal data platforms
  • Support the preparation of reports, dashboards, and performance metrics
  • Coordinate with different departments to gather and verify data requirements
  • Identify and correct data discrepancies or inconsistencies
  • Assist in data entry, cleansing, and validation processes
  • Maintain documentation for data processes and workflows
  • Support automation and process improvement initiatives where applicable
  • Ensure compliance with data management policies and security standards

Requirements

Do you have experience in Microsoft Excel?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, Datalelo SL is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Coordinator to manage, organize, and maintain accurate company data across multiple systems. The ideal candidate will ensure data integrity, support reporting processes, and coordinate data-related tasks across departments to improve operational efficiency and decision-making., * Bachelor's degree in Data Management, Business Administration, IT, or related field

  • Previous experience in data coordination, data entry, or administrative data roles
  • Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data management tools
  • Basic understanding of databases and reporting systems
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
  • Good communication skills in English and/or Spanish

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with data tools such as SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or similar
  • Knowledge of data governance and quality control practices
  • Experience working in a structured corporate or tech environment
  • Bilingual proficiency (Spanish and English preferred)
