Dev Ops Engineer

remote. Main tasks and accountabilities will be: Enable and support development teams through a modern Dev Ops-driven approach across the full software delivery lifecycle. Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines supporting build, test, deployment, and release activities. Support onboarding of application teams to internal platforms and curated cloud services. Collaborate closely with development, QA, and platform teams to improve delivery speed, stability, and quality. Automate infrastructure, deployment, and operational tasks following Infrastructure-as-Code principles. Support containerized workloads using Docker and Kubernetes-based platforms. Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve issues across CI/CD pipelines, deployments, and runtime environments. Ensure alignment with enterprise standards related to security, compliance, and operational governance. Contribute to documentation, templates, and reusable automation assets to improve developer experience. Participate in Agile

ceremonies and collaborate across multiple teams and initiatives. What UST expects from you? Proven experience as a Dev Ops Engineer or in a similar role within enterprise environments. Hands-on experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (e.g. Git Lab, Jenkins, or equivalent). Solid understanding of Dev Ops principles , Git workflows, and modern delivery practices. Practical experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes). Experience with cloud platforms (Azure preferred; AWS or GCP acceptable). Experience applying Infrastructure-as-Code practices. Familiarity with scripting or automation (e.g. Bash, Python, Power Shell). Understanding of the software development lifecycle and interaction with development and QA teams. Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum / SAFe). Strong problem-solving skills and a pragmatic, solution-oriented mindset. Ability to communicate clearly and collaborate with engineers and stakeholders.
