Job description
- Administer and support Jira, Confluence, and Jira Service Management platforms
- Design and maintain workflows, schemes, permissions, and configurations
- Implement and maintain automation to reduce manual effort
- Support incident, request, agile, and portfolio use cases
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports for operational and management needs
- Manage integrations with external tools (e.g., CI/CD, ITSM, reporting tools)
- Ensure platform governance, documentation, and best practices
- Provide L2/L3 support and collaborate with vendors and internal teams
- Support Tech Operating Model, enabling transitions, migrations and supporting audit activities.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Jira?, * 7+ years of hands-on experience with Atlassian tools
- Experience supporting enterprise scale Jira and Confluence environments
- Strong understanding of Agile, ITSM, and delivery processes
- Experience working with global, distributed teams
