Job description

  • Administer and support Jira, Confluence, and Jira Service Management platforms
  • Design and maintain workflows, schemes, permissions, and configurations
  • Implement and maintain automation to reduce manual effort
  • Support incident, request, agile, and portfolio use cases
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports for operational and management needs
  • Manage integrations with external tools (e.g., CI/CD, ITSM, reporting tools)
  • Ensure platform governance, documentation, and best practices
  • Provide L2/L3 support and collaborate with vendors and internal teams
  • Support Tech Operating Model, enabling transitions, migrations and supporting audit activities.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Jira?, * 7+ years of hands-on experience with Atlassian tools

  • Experience supporting enterprise scale Jira and Confluence environments
  • Strong understanding of Agile, ITSM, and delivery processes
  • Experience working with global, distributed teams
