Job description
As an Estate Data Coordinator, you'll provide essential support in consolidating, validating, and managing lease, asset, and billing data within the Integrated Workplace Management System (IWMS).
What you'll be doing:
- Interrogating lease agreements, schedules, and documentation to extract accurate financial and contractual information
- Reviewing and reconciling billing data against lease terms
- Inputting and maintaining structured data within IWMS systems
- Liaising with estates, finance, billing, and asset-owning departments to resolve discrepancies
- Analysing data from multiple sources to identify gaps, anomalies, and risks
- Supporting process integration, data governance, and reporting improvements
- Documenting assumptions, sources, and methodologies clearly for stakeholders
- Driving continuous improvement in asset and lease data management, * Short-term contract with valuable exposure to estates and asset management
- Varied responsibilities across data analysis, stakeholder liaison, and system integration

Requirements
Do you have experience in Tableau?, We're recruiting Estate Data Coordinators to support Council with specialist asset and lease data management. This is a key role, ideal for someone analytical, detail-focused, and confident working with complex property and billing datasets., We're seeking candidates with proven experience in estates, property, or asset management environments.
You'll ideally have:
- Experience interrogating lease documentation, billing schedules, and asset registers
- Practical knowledge of IWMS, CAFM, or property management systems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
- Confidence using Microsoft Excel for data validation, lookups, and cleansing
- Ability to cross-reference data across leases, finance systems, and asset registers
- Excellent communication skills to explain complex data clearly to non-technical stakeholders
- Organisational ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines, * lease documentation, billing schedules, and asset registers: 2 years (required)
