Job description

We are seeking a highly motivated and versatile individual to fill the role of Clerical, Marketing, and IT Technician . This dynamic position will involve performing general clerical duties to ensure smooth daily operations, troubleshooting and maintaining IT systems, and supporting online marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will be tech-savvy, have experience with digital marketing platforms, and possess strong organizational skills., General Clerical Duties:

  • Manage day-to-day office tasks, such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.
  • Organize and maintain electronic and paper filing systems.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, ensuring timely responses to inquiries.
  • Assist in scheduling meetings and managing office calendars.
  • Support the team in various administrative tasks as needed.

IT Technician Responsibilities:

  • Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software systems.
  • Provide technical support to staff and troubleshoot IT issues (e.g., network problems, printer issues, software malfunctions).
  • Perform regular maintenance and updates on computer systems and network infrastructure.
  • Ensure data security by performing backups and monitoring systems for potential threats.
  • Assist with the setup and maintenance of office equipment such as printers, phones, and other devices.
  • Assist with IT training for staff members as needed.

Marketing Responsibilities (Website & Google):

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote the company's services through the website and Google platforms.
  • Manage and update website content (product pages, blogs, news updates) to ensure accuracy and engagement.
  • Utilize Google Ads and other online advertising platforms to enhance visibility and attract new customers.
  • Analise website traffic, engagement metrics, and the performance of online campaigns, providing recommendations for optimization.
  • Monitor and manage social media accounts, ensuring consistent branding and engagement.
  • Collaborate with the team to create digital content for marketing materials, blogs, and email campaigns.

Requirements

Do you have experience in SEO?, * Technical Skills: Proficient in IT support and troubleshooting (hardware and software). Familiarity with networking, cloud services, and security protocols.

  • Digital Marketing: Experience with website management, Google Ads, SEO/SEM, and Google Analytics.
  • Software Proficiency: Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), familiarity with CMS (e.g., WordPress), Google Workspace, and other relevant tools.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Organization: Strong multitasking and organizational abilities with attention to detail.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills for both IT and marketing tasks.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a clerical role, IT support and marketing role is a plus.

Education & Experience:

  • 2+ years Knowledge of Administrative duties
  • A degree or certification in IT, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

Benefits & conditions

  • Part-time position three days per week.
  • Occasional evening or weekend work may be required for urgent support or meeting deadlines.

Pay: £13.00 per hour
