Job description
This role supports our client's remote fleet management for a large U.S. enterprise environment with ~35,000 devices. The focus is on asset accuracy, SLA performance, operational oversight, and continuous improvement-not ticket-based support. The analyst ensures devices are properly titled and accounted for, researches asset discrepancies, manages supplies, and holds vendors accountable to contractual SLAs. Success in this role requires strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to improve processes using existing tools.
Asset & Device Management
Verify and maintain accurate device records, including device titling and lifecycle status.
Research asset discrepancies (e.g., determining whether devices were added, updated, or missed).
Support IMAC-related asset updates and documentation across systems, including ServiceNow.
Supplies & Order Management
Order, track, and reconcile device-related supplies.
Monitor shipments, resolve discrepancies, and maintain accurate inventory records.
SLA & Vendor Performance Management
Monitor HP's performance against SLA metrics and contractual commitments.
Identify risks, gaps, and trends that could impact SLA compliance.
Proactively escalate issues and recommend corrective actions to keep services on track.
Process Improvement & Efficiency
Identify opportunities to better leverage existing tools and data.
Drive efficiencies through process improvements and workflow optimization.
Simplify manual or fragmented processes into repeatable, scalable solutions.
Collaboration & Support
Partner with internal teams, vendors, and customer stakeholders to support service delivery.
Provide clear operational updates and insights as needed.
Requirements
Experience in IT Asset Management, IT Operations, or Service Management
-Working knowledge of ServiceNow (asset records, requests, reporting, or administration)
-Experience supporting IMAC activities or large device fleets
-Strong understanding of SLA tracking, vendor performance, and service delivery metrics
-Proven problem-solving and research skills, especially in resolving data or asset discrepancies
-Experience managing orders, supplies, and inventory tracking
-Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify trends, gaps, and process improvements
-Comfortable working with large datasets (Excel or similar tools)
-Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
-Ability to work independently, follow through, and collaborate across teams
