Job description
'We are seeking a Service Desk Analyst to join our dynamic team in the United States. This role is vital in providing exceptional technical support and customer service to ensure seamless IT operations aligned with our company's mission of technological excellence and inclusive growth.', ' Provide first-line technical support to end-users for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems related to computer systems, applications, and connectivity.
- Manage user accounts and access permissions using Active Directory.

- Collaborate with IT teams to escalate complex issues when necessary.
- Maintain knowledge of current technology trends and best practices.
- Assist in the deployment of new hardware and software updates.
- Ensure excellent customer service by communicating effectively with users.
Requirements
- Proven experience in IT support or help desk roles.
- Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, Linux operating systems.
- Familiarity with Active Directory, DNS, TCP/IP protocols.
- Experience with remote support tools such as SCCM or ServiceNow.
- Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation.
- Ability to analyze technical issues quickly and accurately.
- Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+ or Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator are a plus.'

A candidate's pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies.
